Natural Wood Characteristics Disclaimer

Every art piece is handmade utilizing natural wood surfaces. Subtle irregularities in wood grain, natural bark edges, slight tonal shifts, and unique wood knots are organic characteristics of natural lumber and authentic pyrography. These natural traits are not recognized as product flaws or manufacturing defects.

Intellectual Property Ownership

All pyrography designs, illustrations, photography, text, and visual media on socalartworks.com are the exclusive intellectual property of Cheri Sohn and SoCalArtworks. Reproduction, redistribution, duplication, or commercial exploitation of any artwork or site content without express prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Product Pricing & Descriptions

Prices for our artwork are subject to change without prior notice. We make every effort to display product colors and proportions accurately; however, display monitor calibrations vary, and we cannot guarantee your monitor's display of any color will be completely precise.

Orders & Billing Accuracy

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order placed with us. In the event that we modify or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the email address or phone number supplied at checkout.
