Shipping policy

Order Processing Times

All ready-to-ship wood burnings are packaged and processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Custom commissions and made-to-order items require additional production time, which will be specified prior to order confirmation.

Carrier & Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated dynamically at checkout using real-time automated USPS (United States Postal Service) rates based on the dimensions, weight, and destination of your parcel. Available shipping options at checkout include USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail, and USPS Priority Mail Express.

Shipment Tracking

You will receive an automated dispatch notification email containing your USPS tracking number as soon as your label is printed and scanned by the carrier.

Artwork Packaging Standards

Each wood slice and pyrographed artwork is wrapped in protective cushioning and secured in heavy-duty cardboard boxes to shield the wood grain, bark edges, and fine line details from temperature shifts and physical impact during shipment.

Package Inquiries & Delivery Issues

SoCalArtworks is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by USPS that are subsequently misplaced or stolen. If tracking reveals an unusually long delay or delivery failure, please reach out to cheri@socalartworks.com so we can open an inquiry with the carrier.
